Shopping for products that has ingredients with no eggs can try your patience.  This is an ongoing list that I will continue to add to as I research the food additives and preservatives.  Maybe it will help you to choose products that are safer for you or your family too.  Of course, this site is mainly concerrned with EGG FREE. So if you have other allergens this concentrates mostly on the egg allergen issue.

Organic -Food Starch, Maltodextrin.  It is made from rice, corn, wheat, or potato starch. It is a water-soluble white powder with a neutral taste.
Zatarain's Creole Mustard Okay to Use None has Xanthan Gum is  a thickener.   It is safe and Good
