- Cutting board
- 3 Avocados we use the Hass Avocado

- When cutting into the avocado there is a pit in the middle. Do not cut through the pit. Simply, cut down to the pit with a knife and then turn the avocado in a circular motion around the pit. Then pull the two halves apart.
- Remove the pit and throw it in the trashWith a spoon scoop out the avocado and put it into the small bowl
- Chop the avocado into chunks
- Add the tomato, onions, cilantro, and 1/2 of the green onions to the bowl
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice over the top
- Add the Salt and pepper and stir to combine
- Add the other chopped green onion on the top
- (Optional) if you like it to have it spicy you can add a little chopped Jalapeno or a tablespoon of salsa
