Guacamole Favorito a.k.a My Favorite Guacamole
Fresh ingredients make this Guacamole a favorite of mine. Did you know avocados originated from the Aztecs when they occupied southern Mexico?

1 Cutting board
- 3 Avocados
- 1/3 Small Onion chopped
- 2 Green Onions finely chopped
- 2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt Add more if needed
- 1/8 tsp Pepper Add more if needed
- 1 Lime, you will squeeze all the juice out of it
- Jalapeno (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Salsa (optional if you like a little spicy)
- 1 Bag of White Corn Tortilla Chips
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. There is a pit in the middle.
When cutting into the avocado there is a pit in the middle. Do not cut through the pit. Simply, cut down to the pit with a knife and then turn the avocado in a circular motion around the pit. Then pull the two halves apart.
Remove the pit and throw in the trashWith a spoon scoop out the avocado and put into the small bowl Chop the avocado into chunks
Add the tomato, onions, cilantro, and 1/2 of the green onions to the bowl
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice over the top
Add the Salt and pepper and stir to combine
(Optional) if you like it to have some spice you can add a little chopped Jalapeno or a tablespoon of salsa
