Italian Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb package of Sweet Baby Carrots
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 Onion ~ medium chopped
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar set aside to add at the end
Preparation
- Cut the baby carrots in half
- Place in a pot of boiling water and boil the carrots for 5 minutes
- Drain the carrots and set aside
- Sauté the onions, minced garlic in butter for 2 minutes
- Add the boiled drained carrots
- Add all spices except the Vinegar, sauté for 3 minutes
- Remove from heat and add the vinegar
- Serve immediately
