Easy Italian Carrots

Italian Carrots

Ingredients

1 lb package of Sweet Baby Carrots

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 Onion ~ medium chopped

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar set aside to add at the end

Preparation

  1. Cut the baby carrots in half
  2. Place in a pot of boiling water and boil the carrots for 5 minutes
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside
  4. Sauté the onions, minced garlic in butter for 2 minutes
  5. Add the boiled drained carrots
  6. Add all spices except the Vinegar, sauté for 3 minutes
  7. Remove from heat and add the vinegar
  8. Serve immediately
