I can’t reccommend the Mac N Cheese products because the Anatto side effects for diabetic people can raise or lower your sugar levels, and other preservatives in the cheese sauce. The cheese sauce also has disodium Phosphate which is derived from phosphate rock, with soda ash. The only risk I found is an Inhalation of disodium phosphate may be harmful. It may cause respiratory tract irritation and may be harmful if swallowed or if it is absorbed through the skin. It might be better if you use the noodles and make your own homemade cheese sauce.
