After investigating the products individually, in relation to egg allergies the following products from Barilla are good for consumption.  I have successfully eaten these and have them on my shelves at home.  They get my full recommendation for consumption as I can eat them without any problems.

This will affect people with a wheat allergy, however, if you only have an egg allergy you can use these products.  Not all are egg free.  The following ingredients: – ingredients Semolina (WHEAT), Durum wheat flour are on this shortlist.

This is pasta made with chickpeas.  The ingredients include Chickpeas, Peas Starch, Tapioca, and Xanthan Gum.  I have researched and used the thickening agent, emulsifier, and stabilizer called Xanthan Gum.  It is safe for people with egg allergies to consume Xanthan Gum is derived from corn, soy, dairy, and wheat.  Tapioca is also safe for people with egg allergies as it is a starch extracted from the cassava root which the plant produces the vegetable yuca.  I have eaten Yuca many times and even have the recipe on this site.  I reccommend this product to egg allergy people.

They make Mac N Cheese.  One is Shells & Classic Cheddar and the other is Shells & White Cheddar. I can’t reccommend the Mac N Cheese products because the Anatto side effects for diabetic people can raise or lower your sugar levels, and other preservatives in the cheese sauce.   The cheese sauce also has disodium Phosphate which is derived from phosphate rock, with soda ash.  The only risk I found is an Inhalation of disodium phosphate may be harmful.  It may cause respiratory tract irritation and may be harmful if swallowed or if it is absorbed through the skin.  It might be better if you use the noodles and make your own homemade cheese sauce.
